megan is...

Megan doesn't resist change as much as she resists being changed. She needs to be an active participant in situations that will impact her work. Patience, control, and deliberateness characterize her usual behavior. She likes to win through persistence. She uses her strong, steady tendencies to accomplish her goals. She has great abilities to concentrate on details. This concentration may be intense. At times she can be quite skeptical. Others may interpret this strength as a negative one, but she is only seeking needed data. She does not always like being placed in competitive situations. She tends to lose the "team feeling" when she is involved in direct competition. She likes a consistent pace in her life, not too fast and not too slow. She is extremely conscientious, and is painstaking with work that requires attention to detail and accuracy. Megan may not project a sense of urgency like some people with different behavioral styles. Other see her as a good neighbor, since she is always willing to help those she considers to be her friends.

Megan adheres to company policy and doesn't break the rules just for the sake of breaking them. Once she makes a decision she can be organized in carrying it out. She may tend to fight for her beliefs or those things she feels passionate about. She finds making decisions easier when she knows that others she respects are doing the same thing; she then has a feeling of stability and "family". Megan can be sensitive to the feelings of others and is able to display real empathy for those who are experiencing difficulties. She uses logic to assist her decision making. This tendency is helpful to others in her group. She needs to gather data and facts in a logical fashion. She tends to make decisions based on past experiences. She prefers the "tried and true".

Megan does not enjoy confrontation for confrontation's sake. She feels she can win through patience and resolve. Most people see her as being a considerate and modest person. She probably won't try to steal the spotlight from others. Rarely does she display her emotions; that is, she projects a good poker face. Others may get the feeling that she is unfriendly, when in reality she is not. She tends to be possessive of information; that is, she doesn't voluntarily share information with others outside of her team. This may be a blessing, or a curse, to her superiors. Megan is more motivated by logic than emotion. To her, logic represents tangible research. She may guard some information unless she is asked specific questions. she will not willingly share unless she is comfortable with the knowledge she possesses about the topic. She can be outgoing at times. Basically introverted, she will "engage" in social conversation when the occasion warrants. She is somewhat reserved with those she doesn't trust or know. After trust has been established, she may be open and candid.

Gag. I need to wash my eyeballs out with soap after reading that. Where's the illusion to your preference towards nerdy word games? Is this not a core competency? Did you place the HR heathen's head on a pike after this test? If you didn't, they should add "takes corporate blather while resisting urge to kill." Seriously, there's no mention of folk music here at all. What were they thinking?
