All My Favorite Things

To celebrate Tea's first Sunday as a UW graduate, I made cheese, dill,
and parsley scones. They are delicious, but a free afternoon tastes

My New Deck

We got back some photos of our new place today: here's the deck. It faces north, but it doesn't really have any trees covering it, nor any close neighbors staring down on it. I have no idea how much of the plantlife will still be there when we move in, but I'm already excited about the big, square space! Worm farm, here we come!




One more photo- here is the kitchen as seen through the walk-through pantry which separates the dining room from the kitchen. Although it makes the kitchen kind of far away from the living space in the house, it's great to have so much storage!!

Talina writes notes on apartments we've seen, sitting in front of a
building we tried to see 4 times with no luck. Sometimes building
managers are a crapshoot. :(

Brief
